Mbappé set new seasonal record for French scorers
Mbappé has broken his own record for the most goals scored by a French player in a single season (for club and country).
He currently has 55 goals in the 2025-26 season, surpassing his tally from the 2022–23 season (54 goals).
Prior to that, the record had been held by Just Fontaine (53) for 65 years.
