Yamal among youngest UCL free kick scorers
Lamine Yamal became the third-youngest player in the Champions League history to score from a direct free kick.
The Barcelona winger was 19 years 54 days young when he performed his lethal set-piece in the first match-day of the new UCL season vs Feyenoord (5-1).
The record still belongs to Wayne Rooney, the only one in the competition’s history who registered a direct free kick goal being below 19 years.
